  • How do I book an apartment?

    You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred apartment and dates. If you need assistance, contact us via phone or email.
  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in starts at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require different times, please let us know in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.
  • Are the apartments furnished and equipped?

    All apartments come fully furnished with essential amenities including kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and linens to ensure a comfortable stay. You can also have a look on all the amenities for ever apartment on our apartment page.

  • Is parking available?

    There are sufficient public parking spaces available around the apartments. Throughout Vienna, a short-term parking zone applies, which means that from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, a valid parking ticket must be displayed. Parking is free on weekends.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    Extensions depend on apartment availability. Reach out to us as early as possible to discuss your needs and secure your preferred dates.
  • Discount possible?

    We frequently offer seasonal discounts for our aparmtents (only on our website or on our socials). So make sure you follow or contact us regarding discounts!
